Mr. Lagun Agarwal is a young and visionary leader dedicated to transforming creative education in Kota. A graduate in BA (Hons.) Business Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, he brings a global perspective to education and leadership.
With experience in managing HCMC Sarraf (60+ year legacy business), leading digital operations for TrapAce, and serving in the management of Agarwal's Springdales Group of Schools, he combines business expertise with deep educational insight.
As Joint Treasurer of JCI Kota Achievers (2024) and the driving force behind HCGS (OPC) Pvt. Ltd., his mission is to provide internationally benchmarked design education, industry-focused learning, and career-ready opportunities for creative students—empowering them to build successful futures while staying connected to their roots.

Miss Vedika Chaudhary, Managing Director of INSD Kota, is an accomplished professional with a strong academic background and expertise in Philosophy, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, and People Development.
She completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, with Psychology as her major and Economics as her minor, securing Rank 1 Overall.
She further pursued her MBA from IIM Indore, strengthening her expertise in business management and leadership.
Her professional certifications include SHRM, Hogan Certification, and certification in the application of Neuroscience in Marketing and Human Resources.
With a blend of academic excellence, management expertise, and an understanding of human behaviour, she brings a unique perspective to leadership, education, marketing, human resources, and people development.

K.Rajendra Nair (Retired IAS Officer)
Shri K.R.Nair is presently SEBI appointed public interest director on the Board of Inter Connected Exchange of India Limited and is Chairman of the Board. He is also associated with IILM as Advisor for training programs for IAS and IPS Officers sponsored Govt. of India and has held various senior positions in both the State Government of Punjab and Government of India.

DR. B.V.Somashekhar
Prof. (Dr) B.V.Somasekhar is a Doctorate in Intenational Law completed MBA from JNTU and one year Business Leaders Programs from IIM, Kolkata. Besides he has completed several Post-graduate programs and diploma in Public Relation, Human Resource, Planning and Project Management etc. He was Guide for several Research scholar in management and law. He has written several articles in leading generals, participated in National-International conferences and undertaken projects and consultancy with various Government and Non-governmental agency started his career as Human resource manager in a leading newspaper and was faculty at Osmania University, Hyderabad and at Indian society of International Law, Delhi. He was the founder Registrar of National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Hyderabad, Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India.
